WHAT IS A MOMENT FOR YOUR MIND?

The sessions are tailored to each client specifically, but follow a structure which session by session will increase the Mind Body connection.

One Hour Session Example:

  • Check in - What’s happening

    Sessions often start with a check into the here and now - what is happening for you, what has brought you to the session, what is your want and need…?

  • Breath and Movement

    Using breathwork and movements to connect with our body, aid tension release and energise the Mind Body and Soul connection.

  • Your Moments Plan

    We use some time for Conscious Choice Making. A time for us to work on your choices and the tools you will use to implement them.

    We work together to develop a plan of action to utilise your strengths and return you to your true self.

  • Body Scan & Ending

    I often end sessions with a guided body scan using gentle breath work and visualisations.

    Doing this short but essential exercise, can leave you feeling awakened and invigorated, ready to move forward for the day.
