In corporate workshops, I offer psychoeducation on the Mind-Body connection, focusing on using the body to inform the mind. These sessions are designed to be both fun and informative, encouraging movement for both the body and mind.

The workshops aim to explore the deep-rooted connection between our physical and mental well-being, providing insight into how we can utilise our bodies to foster psychological health and growth.

Through engaging activities and discussions, participants gain a deeper understanding of the profound impact that physical movements and actions can have on mental processes and cognition.

Retreats

Moments for Your Mind brings a calming, restorative depth to any retreat.

Through a blend of grounding, somatic and creative practices, I support retreaters to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems and return to themselves with softness and clarity.

My morning sessions gently activate the mind and body, offering a steady and thoughtful start to the day. Evening sessions slow the pace, guiding retreaters into stillness so they can unwind, release and integrate. Throughout the retreat, guests can also pre-book individual therapy sessions with me - confidential, one-to-one spaces designed to help them explore whatever is rising emotionally during their time away.

My offering brings an additional layer of depth and emotional holding to the whole experience. It enhances everything else on the schedule, allowing participants to feel more present, open and receptive.

I can also tailor sessions for corporate and C-suite retreats, creating spaces where senior leaders can decompress, build emotional resilience and access calm, reflective thinking. These sessions focus on stress regulation, grounded decision-making and embodied awareness, supporting professionals to pause, reset and return to their roles with clarity and intention
